Kämp Collection Hotels restaurants - Reservation terms and conditions

The terms and conditions below apply for reservations made by an individual, private person unless a special agreement has been made. Same terms apply for reservations made via Kämp Collection Hotels internet website. Separate rules apply for group reservations for 10 persons or more. The restaurant reserves a right to apply special terms and conditions that differ from these in case of public holidays, special events, seasonality or additional services that require so.

1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
When reserving a table your name, arrival time and number of guests are required. A table reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing and you have received a reservation confirmation number. The restaurant is entitled to apply different kinds of rules such as reservation fee or credit card guarantee in order to secure the reservation.

2. ARRIVAL
The table is at your disposal 15 minutes from your required arrival time. In case of arrival after confirmed time, please contact the restaurant to agree the new arrival time. Otherwise the restaurant may cancel your reservation.

3. CANCELLATION AND NO ARRIVAL 

Cancellations must occur latest on the day of the reservation, unless a special agreement has been made.

4. PAYMENT
All Restaurants accept the most common credit/debit cards. The Restaurant is not obliged to accept foreign currency, vouchers, cheques or credit/debit cards unless the Restaurant has volunteered to do so.

5. GUEST BEHAVIOR IN THE RESTAURANT
We follow good manners and restaurant rules at the restaurant. In case of breaking these rules you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the order and additional services. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made.
