When organising a party, many people have the same questions in mind! We've put them together on this page for your convenience. If you can't find the answer here, please contact us and we'll work it out together!

1. Can I bring my own drinks to the venue?

We have the experts to help you choose the perfect drinks for your party! Our restaurant is a licensed premises so according to law you cannot bring your own drinks into the party room.

2. Can I bring my own food?

Our chef will create your delicacies! Catering is the core business of our restaurant, so you cannot bring your own food or an outside catering company.

3. Is there a screen to show the programme?

You can for example rent the hotel's meeting rooms for a presentation and go from there to enjoy dinner in the restaurant!We don't have a screen in the restaurant as the place is not a suitable for presentations.

4. What time is the restaurant available for decoration?

This depends entirely on the time of the party: for example, whether there has been another event in the restaurant before, or whether there has been a hotel breakfast or a brunch. Please always ask for the arrival time in advance!

In general, we can promise that the tables in their chosen configuration will be ready at least an hour before the start of the event and the table setting at least half an hour before the event.

However, you can bring your own cards, such as balloons, to the hotel in advance for storage as agreed!

5. What decorations do you offer?

Krog Roba is a beautiful space in itself and doesn't necessarily need much decoration! You can get small candles for your tables free of charge. For an additional charge, we are happy to arrange flowers and tablecloths, for example.

6. Can I play my own music? Can the background music be turned off?

You can only play your own music if it is a private event for the whole restaurant.

If only the North Wing is booked, the background music will be the same in the whole restaurant. The North Wing and the rest of the restaurant has the same sound system. For the same reason, we are unfortunately unable to turn down the background music in the North Wing.

Music may be played until 10 pm at the latest, after which time we want to guarantee the nearby hotel rooms a night's peace.

7. Can I bring my own cake?

Serving food is the core business of our restaurant, so you cannot bring your own cake. A cake can be ordered from a pastry shop of your choice by the restaurant and the restaurant will charge an additional service fee for the cake ordered. We cooperate with H7 Confectionery, where you can get mouth-watering cakes and they will be waiting for you in the restaurant!

8. Can I bring my own performer?

If you have the whole restaurant booked, it is possible to bring your own performer. Depending on the performer, it is a good idea to check all the space and sound equipment in advance.

If you have booked only the North Wing it is not possible to bring a performer as they usually need music etc. Our restaurant has the same sound system everywhere.

On behalf of the hotel, it is possible to book the popular Private Bartender evening if you need a little entertainment for your party!

9. Can the terrace also be reserved for private use?

Our lovely courtyard terrace can be booked for private use, subject to availability, when you also book the North Wing or the whole restaurant. Our terrace is not covered, so we can also prepare for bad weather conditions.

Please note, however, that even if the terrace is reserved for a particular party, we cannot completely prohibit hotel guests from walking or being in the courtyard area. We operate within the hotel and access to the breakfast room, for example, is partly through the courtyard.
